The Importance of Expert Fitting

The clinical experience of our Fit Specialist training combined with our approved education program has increased our confidence, credentials and credibility. The master key fitting techniques inspires our customer’s confidence in our fittings. We received training in basic anatomy that prepared us to recognize how to fit bras correctly and how to recognize a poor fit.

The right bra can greatly improve your shape, lifting your bust, eliminating bumps and ridges under your clothes and improving your posture, yet according to a recent survey 8 out of 10 women are wearing bras that don’t fit. A badly fitting bra can be very uncomfortable too. Straps that dig in and underwires in the wrong position can cause discomfort and soreness: a bra that’s too tight makes you more likely to hunch your body which can exacerbate back pain

Breast size and shape change over time too- especially in your teens and twenties, during and after pregnancy and at menopause, and most of us gain and lose weight periodically.

We are committed to enhancing women’s health through continuing education. by offering informational seminars and support groups on women’s health topics.

YOUR PERFECT FIT CHECKLIST

A good fitting bra should be comfortable and breasts should be supported by the body of the bra, not the straps. As every woman’s figure has individual differences we recommend the following checklist to ensure your bra fits properly.

The back of the bra should lay straight across the back and should never ride up the back. If a band rides up you are not being properly supported.

The front center of the bra should lay flat against the body.

Cups should never gap or wrinkle anywhere and breasts should never spill out or bulge over the cup.
Most importantly, the underwire of the bra should rest just under and around the breast the wire should never rest on breast tissue even at the sides.

Straps should have some tensions but should never fall or dig into your shoulders.

Every woman is unique and comfort means everything to her. Alterations may be required with some challenging type of fittings.
